Service and operator
Lorelibris is a reading, translation and narration app operated by Nadija Khnykina. Contact and address details are provided in the Imprint.
These terms apply to the app and closed testing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Closed testing
The test is being prepared and is available by invitation. An invitation states the available access, limits and duration. Test participation does not itself create a paid subscription.
Test builds may contain errors, change or become unavailable. Keep separate backups of files and output that matter to you. Feedback is welcome, but no ownership of your books or translations is transferred by participating.
Your books and permissions
Lorelibris does not provide a licence to the books you import. Use only content you have the right to read, upload, translate, narrate and export. Whether these activities are permitted depends on your rights and applicable law.
You retain your existing rights in your content. The operator and selected service providers process it only as needed for the features you request. You must also have permission for any content sent to external services.
AI output and provider services
Machine translation, book-memory analysis, OCR and synthetic speech can contain errors or lose meaning. Model and language availability may change. Review important output and use the available editing and original-text views.
When you use your own AI key, you are responsible for the provider account, its terms and charges. Estimates are approximate, not provider invoices or a guaranteed spending ceiling.
Managed service access is subject to the access rights and limits communicated for your account. Future paid offers require their own price, billing and cancellation information before purchase.
Accounts and responsible use
Keep access credentials secure and use accurate account information. Do not interfere with other users, bypass service limits or use Lorelibris unlawfully.
You must be legally able to agree to the applicable terms and satisfy the age requirements of any external services you choose.
Stopping use and deleting data
You may stop using the app and request account deletion. The Delete account page explains the web request route, in-app controls and what happens to local and cloud copies.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a separately managed external provider contract. If paid subscriptions become available, their cancellation conditions will be supplied at purchase.
Responsibility and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited, including applicable rights concerning intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory product liability.
No promise is made that a test build or AI output will be error-free. Any other responsibility is governed by applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections.
